About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Databricks Solution Architect with 10-15 years of experience in designing, architecting, and delivering modern data and analytics solutions on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end data transformation initiatives, leveraging Databricks, Lakehouse Architecture, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and Cloud technologies to build scalable, secure, and high-performance data platforms that enable business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and architect enterprise-scale data platforms using Databricks Lakehouse Architecture.
- Lead solution design discussions and translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Define data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and consumption strategies.
- Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and cloud-native services.
- Drive implementation of Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and Delta Lake best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership to define technology roadmaps.
- Provide technical leadership to Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and BI teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Establish data governance, security,



performance optimization, and monitoring frameworks.
- Design and oversee integration of Databricks with AI/ML, GenAI, BI, and enterprise applications.
- Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and performance tuning exercises.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, cloud best practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Support presales activities, effort estimations, solution proposals, and client presentations where required.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, or Data Platform Architecture.
- Robust hands-on experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, and Lakehouse Architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing enterprise data platforms on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Experience with large-scale data migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Exposure to AI/ML workloads, MLOps, and advanced analytics solutions is preferred.
- Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and DevOps practices.
