Job Title: Senior AR Caller Experience: 3 - 8 Years

We are hiring Senior AR Callers with strong US healthcare AR follow-up experience to handle aged accounts, complex denials, and underpayments, and to guide junior team members.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Call insurance payers (Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid) and use payer portals to check claim status and resolve non-payment
- Work aged AR buckets (60/90/120+ days) and prioritize high-value claims
- Analyze denials (CARC/RARC, CO/PR/OA) and decide next steps: appeal, corrected claim, or reprocessing
- Prepare and submit appeals with supporting documents and track them to closure
- Review EOBs/ERAs and identify underpayments
- Document every action accurately, with call reference numbers, rep names, and follow-up dates
- Coordinate with coding, billing, posting, and eligibility teams on root causes




- Mentor junior callers and support call quality reviews
- Meet daily productivity, 95%+ quality, and collection targets

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of hands-on AR calling experience in US healthcare RCM
- Strong knowledge of denial management, timely filing, COB, and appeals
- Working knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS, and modifiers
- Experience with RCM/PM tools such as Epic, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, AdvancedMD, or NextGen
- Excellent spoken English and phone etiquette
- Valuable MS Excel skills
- Preferred: specialty exposure (hospital billing, radiology, anesthesia, DME, behavioral health), SME/trainer/team lead experience, CPC/CPB/CRCR certification
