About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Product Designer with strong Design Systems experience who can build consistent, reusable, and scalable design foundations across our products.

You will work closely with product managers and engineers to create reusable UI components, improve design consistency, and streamline the journey from Figma designs to production. We value designers who use AI tools to work faster, explore solutions, and collaborate more effectively with engineering teams.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both product design and building systems that other designers and developers can reuse.

What You'll Do

Build, improve, and maintain a scalable design system using Figma.

Create reusable components, variants, interaction states, design tokens, and design patterns.

Establish consistent design guidelines and documentation for product and engineering teams.

Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and remain consistent with the design system.

Identify inconsistencies across product interfaces and recommend improvements.

Design intuitive user experiences for complex workflows, dashboards, and web applications.

Use AI-powered tools to accelerate design exploration, prototyping, documentation, and UI development.





Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product experiences.

What We're Looking For

3–6 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a closely related role.

Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including at least 3 years of professional Figma use.

Experience building, extending, or substantially maintaining a design system—not just using an existing component library.

Understanding of reusable components, variants, design tokens, variables, and interaction states.

A solid portfolio demonstrating product design work and practical design-system experience.

Experience collaborating with developers and translating designs into production-ready interfaces.

Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Figma Make, Lovable, v0, or comparable tools.

Strong visual design, interaction design, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have

Experience working with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, dashboards, or complex web applications.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React, Storybook, or design-to-code workflows.

Experience with accessibility, design documentation, component governance, or design-system adoption across teams.

Experience using AI coding assistants to generate, review, or refine UI code.
