Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make regular inbound and outbound calls to students.
- Follow up with leads and generate walk-ins to the centre.
- Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Convert walk-ins into admissions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested students.
- Update lead details and daily reports.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in admissions counselling or sales.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Fluent in Tamil and English.
- Target-oriented and willing to work towards monthly sales goals.
