Senior Accounts & Internal Auditor

Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: CA Inter / CMA Inter / M.Com / B.Com

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and review accounting operations, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Conduct internal audits of financial transactions, inventory, expenses, procurement, and sales.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IND AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Review financial statements, accounting treatments, provisions, and audit documentation.
- Identify financial discrepancies, process gaps, and internal control weaknesses.
- Prepare audit reports and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors and management for financial reporting and compliance.
- ⁠Check inventory valuation, stock records, material movement, and reconciliation with books of accounts.




- Prepare internal audit reports highlighting observations, risks, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Follow up with respective departments to ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting, internal auditing, and IND AS.
- Practical experience in financial reporting and internal controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience in internal audits, IND AS compliance, and financial reporting.
