About the role The Senior Accountant keeps the books, GST and TDS right every month, buys at the right price, and pays only for what was ordered and received.

Duties

Daily voucher entry in TallyPrime: sales, purchase, expenses, journals.

GST across state registrations: GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B filing, ITC matched with GSTR-2B.

TDS: deduction, payment and quarterly returns.

Marketplace settlement reconciliation for every online sales channel.

Vendor price negotiation and rate cards, with new vendors and rates approved by the Director.

Purchase planning and purchase orders from the sales forecast.

Requirements The required skills are: TallyPrime, GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC with GSTR-2B),



TDS returns, Bank and ledger reconciliation, Excel — XLOOKUP, pivots.

The experience required is 5 to 10 years.

The education required is B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter or CMA Inter preferred.

Pay, hours and benefits The salary is Rs 35,000 to 50,000 per month, based on experience.

The job type is Full time, with 8 working hours per day and one weekly day off.

The benefits include 8 days of paid casual leave per year.

The work location is the company office and warehouses in Kolhapur.
