Role Description: The Senior Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial reporting for Top Gaming Network. This full-time role is hybrid, based in New Delhi, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.

Responsibilities include managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

The Senior

Accountant will support budgeting and forecasting, monitor cash flow,



and assist leadership with financial analysis to guide strategic decisions. This role also involves coordinating with external auditors, improving internal controls and processes, and providing clear financial insights to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant standards (e.g., Indian GAAP, Ind AS).
- Experience with accounts payable/receivable, general ledger management, and bank and account reconciliations.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software (such as Tally, SAP, or similar) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow, and to perform financial analysis for decision support.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to design and maintain internal controls.
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced, media or startup environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CMA) are a strong plus.
- Experience in entertainment, media, gaming, or technology sectors is beneficial, along with interest in gaming and esports culture.
