We are looking for an experienced Accountant with strong practical knowledge of accounting, Tally Prime and payroll processing. The candidate should be capable of independently managing daily accounting transactions, payroll activities, financial records, taxation and statutory documentation. Practical knowledge of Tally Prime and previous accounting experience are compulsory.

Key Responsibilities Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime. Maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries. Prepare invoices, quotations, purchase orders and payment vouchers.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Perform bank, customer, vendor and ledger reconciliations. Maintain petty cash records and verify bills and vouchers. Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory documentation.

Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments. Prepare monthly accounts and basic financial reports. Maintain proper records and filing of invoices and accounting documents. Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors and customers when required.

Maintain accurate and confidential financial information.

Payroll Responsibilities





Process monthly employee payroll accurately and on time. Verify attendance, leave, overtime and salary details. Calculate salaries, incentives, deductions and reimbursements. Prepare and issue employee salary slips. Maintain employee payroll and salary records. Assist with PF, ESI, professional tax and TDS documentation. Coordinate with employees and management regarding payroll queries. Maintain complete confidentiality of employee salary information.

Requirements B.Com or an equivalent qualification. Previous experience in accounting and payroll processing is required. Positive practical knowledge of Tally Prime is compulsory. Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Knowledge of GST, TDS and taxation procedures. Good working knowledge of MS Excel. Ability to independently manage daily accounting and payroll activities. Good numerical, communication and organisational skills.

Honest, responsible and attentive to detail. Candidate should have good English knowledge & communication skills to follow up with customers on a daily basis
