- Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements for multiple clinic locations, ensuring adherence to healthcare accounting standards.

- Monitor and manage clinic-level budgets, revenues, and operating costs to ensure profitability and cost-efficiency.

- Supervise daily financial operations including billing, revenue recognition, expense tracking, and reconciliations.

- Team Handling and Monitor the performance and the workflow of the department.

- Generating reports and submitting to the higher authorities on and when required.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial statements related to the Accounts Department.

- Lead the monthly and annual financial close processes across all clinic branches.

- Coordinate with Centre managers to track inventory of medical supplies, consumables, and capital expenditures.

- Oversee payroll processing for clinical and administrative staff, ensuring compliance with labor laws.

- Act as the primary liaison for auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
