Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and experienced Senior 3D Visualizer to produce high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renderings, walkthrough animations, and visual presentations for architectural, interior, and real estate projects. The candidate will collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to transform design concepts into realistic visual representations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings for architectural, interior, and real estate projects.
- Develop realistic interior and exterior visualisations based on project requirements.
- Prepare walkthrough animations and presentation visuals.
- Interpret 2D drawings and convert them into accurate 3D models.
- Apply appropriate lighting, textures, materials, and camera settings to achieve realistic results.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Review designs and incorporate feedback from clients and management.
- Maintain consistency in visual quality and ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.




- Guide and coordinate with junior visualizers, ensuring quality standards are maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in architectural and interior 3D visualisation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape, or D5 Render.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop for post-production and presentation.
- Solid understanding of lighting, materials, textures, composition, and photorealistic rendering techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and transform concepts into realistic visualisations.
- Experience in creating walkthrough animations is preferred.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Leadership skills and the ability to guide junior team members.
