Role & Responsibilities:

- Supervise security guards and manage daily security operations within the factory premises.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and materials.
- Maintain visitor registers, security logs, and daily reports.
- Ensure proper checking of incoming and outgoing materials and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and ensure compliance with factory security rules.
- Handle security incidents, emergencies, and report them to management.
- Ensure discipline and safety across the factory premises.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in a factory or industrial environment.
- Good leadership, communication, and observation skills.
- Knowledge of security procedures, visitor management, and emergency handling.




- Ability to supervise security guards and maintain proper records.
- Candidates with relevant security training or certifications will be preferred.
