Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage security guards and security operations on all shifts.

- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors, and vehicles.

- Ensure adherence to plant security protocols and access control procedures.

- Conduct regular security patrols of the plant, warehouse, tank farm, and other critical areas.

- Investigate and report security incidents, theft, vandalism, and unauthorized activities.

- Maintain records of gate passes, visitor logs, vehicle movements, and security reports.

- Coordinate emergency response during fire, chemical leaks, accidents, or other security-related incidents.

- Ensure compliance with company security policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.

- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and take appropriate action when required.

- Conduct security awareness training and briefings for security personnel.

- Liaise with local law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services when necessary.

- Verify material inward and outward movements to prevent loss or pilferage.





- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly security reports for management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

- Preference for candidates with certification in Security Management or Industrial Security.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial security, preferably in a chemical, manufacturing, or hazardous process industry.

Skills & Competencies

- Robust leadership and team management skills.

- Knowledge of industrial security systems and access control procedures.

- Familiarity with emergency response and crisis management.

- Understanding of safety regulations applicable to chemical industries.

- Good communication and report-writing skills.

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

- Proficiency in CCTV monitoring and security software.

Pay: ₹9,700.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
