Qualification: Graduate / 12th Pass (Preference to experienced candidates)

Job Summary

Apple Hospital is looking for a responsible and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the security operations of the hospital premises. The candidate will be responsible for supervising security guards, ensuring proper security deployment, monitoring safety protocols, and maintaining discipline among security staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor the performance of all security guards on duty.
- Ensure proper deployment of security staff at hospital entry/exit points, emergency area, wards, and parking.
- Maintain visitor management and entry control systems.
- Handle security incidents, conflicts, or emergency situations professionally.




- Maintain daily security reports and incident records.
- Ensure guards follow hospital policies, dress code, and discipline.
- Prepare and manage duty rosters and shift allocations.
- Coordinate with HR and administration for security-related matters.

Required Skills

- Leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly

Preferred

- Experience in hospital security supervision will be an added advantage.
