What you will do

· Develop, implement, maintain, upgrade, test cybersecurity products.

· Integrate cybersecurity solutions and ensure their sound operation.

· Securely configure systems, services and products

· Supports building and maintaining robust and secure infrastructure.

· Identify and evaluate potential threats and vulnerabilities

· Produce actionable reports based on threat intelligence data

· Make recommendations for mitigating identified risks.

· Configure & troubleshoot Zero Trust Security ( Zscaler & Entra Conditional Access Policy)

· Configure alerts and detections in MS Defender & Microsoft Purview

· Monitor security alerts, investigate issues, and resolve day-to-day security incidents within defined SLAs.

· Assess incidents, vulnerability management, scans, patching status, secure baselines on Enterprise assets (Windows, MacOS, Servers, Network Devices)

· Supports investigation and resolution of routine security questions.

· Coordinate and track all security related audits.

· Provide insights on the efficacy of the current security policies, incident responses, and other security-related information.

· Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), troubleshooting guides.

You are a successful candidate if

· 3-4 years hands-on experience in threat, vulnerability,



and risk management solutions implementation.

· Expertise with Microsoft Defender.

· Experience with securing Office 365, Azure AD/Entra ID, and M365 Apps is required.

· Experience working in Zscaler ZIA, ZPA and Zero Trust Policy Implementation.

· Develop code, scripts and program

· Integrate cybersecurity solutions to the organization’s infrastructure

· Proficient with MAC and Windows.

· Expertise with JAMF and Intune

· Experience on cyber security capabilities (SIEM, Vulnerability Management, Threat intelligence etc.)

· Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

· Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment
