Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, search rankings, and website traffic across multiple projects. Day-to-day tasks include performing technical and content-focused SEO audits, identifying optimization opportunities, and coordinating with content, development, and marketing teams to implement best practices.

The SEO Manager will lead keyword research, oversee link-building initiatives, monitor web analytics, and prepare performance reports and recommendations. The role also involves staying updated on search engine algorithm changes,



competitor activities, and industry trends to continuously refine SEO strategies and achieve measurable results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in SEO Audits and Web Analytics for diagnosing issues, tracking performance, and optimizing websites.
- Candidates should possess skills in Keyword Research and Link Building to drive targeted organic traffic and build high-quality backlinks.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Marketing principles to align SEO efforts with broader digital and business objectives.
- Relevant experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research platforms, and SEO audit tools.
- Ability to analyze data, create clear reports, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in an SEO-focused role within a digital marketing or software company is an advantage.
