Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Expert is a full time, on-site role based in Lucknow. This role is responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and drive qualified traffic to AtoB Associate’s online properties and client campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include performing keyword research, conducting SEO audits, optimizing website and landing page content, and implementing on-page SEO best practices.

The SEO Expert will monitor performance using web analytics tools, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements based on data insights. The role also involves link-building initiatives, collaborating with designers and content creators,



and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong keyword research skills and the ability to identify high-value search terms for campaigns.
- Candidates should possess expertise in SEO audits to evaluate technical, content, and structural issues that affect search performance.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in link building, including outreach and acquiring quality backlinks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track, measure, and report on SEO performance.
- Candidates should possess solid on-page SEO skills, including meta tags optimization, internal linking, site architecture, and content optimization.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or advertising environments, preferably with agency exposure.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a results-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with common SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and basic understanding of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
