Role: Sea Export Executive( Operations)

Location: Taramani, Chennai

Salary: 25000 - 30000 per month

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sea Export Executive( Operations) with 1–2 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry to join our team immediately.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end sea export operations.
- Prepare and verify export documentation (Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customers, transporters, and overseas agents.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
- Ensure compliance with export procedures and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and MIS reports.
- Resolve operational issues to ensure smooth shipment execution.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Sea Export Operations .
- Mandatory experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.
- Positive knowledge of sea export documentation and shipment processes.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
