We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master who can lead Agile teams, drive continuous improvement, remove impediments, and ensure successful sprint delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and guide 24 Scrum teams.

Facilitate Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.

Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices.

Remove impediments and protect teams from interruptions.

Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders on backlog prioritization and release planning.

Track sprint velocity, burndown charts, delivery progress, and risks.

Ensure adherence to Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD).

Drive team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Mandatory Skills:





8+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

Solid expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.

Excellent hands-on experience with Jira Administration.

Experience with Jira workflows, transitions, project administration, user permissions, screens, fields, and configurations.

Proficiency in writing JQL queries.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Good to Have:

SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience.

ServiceNow IT Business Management (ITBM) experience.Role & responsibilities
