Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized SCM Executive to manage procurement coordination, vendor follow-ups, material planning, inventory control, and timely material availability for factory production and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate procurement of electrical, electronic, instrumentation, automation, and panel-building materials.
- Prepare purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and material requirement statements.
- Follow up with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and pending materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Project Engineering, Stores, and Accounts teams.




- Monitor material availability and ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Maintain supplier databases, purchase records, delivery challans, invoices, and other procurement documents.
- Track open purchase orders, pending deliveries, shortages, and rejected materials.
- Assist in vendor evaluation, cost comparison, and purchase cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate inventory and procurement reports using Excel or ERP software.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable ISO documentation requirements.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Positive negotiation, vendor coordination, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and preferably ERP/inventory software.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and delivery schedules.
- Good documentation, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
