Procurement & Vendor Management

- Source and procure raw materials, aerospace components, and consumables.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with approved vendors.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Identify and develop new vendors as per company requirements.

Production Planning & Material Control

- Ensure timely availability of materials to support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams.

Purchase Order & Documentation

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO).
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain procurement records and documentation.

Cost Control & Optimization

- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze material costs and vendor performance.

Coordination & Communication





- Coordinate with internal departments like Production, Quality, and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards.

Preferred Skills

- Aerospace manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of AS9100 standards
- Knowledge of CNC machining and aerospace components
- Vendor development experience

Qualification

- BE / B.Tech in Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering OR

- Diploma with relevant experience

Experience Required

- Minimum: 3 Years
- Preferred: Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience
