The Role & Your Career Path

We are looking for a scientifically grounded analyst to serve as a crucial bridge between clinical/biological concepts and our software engineering teams. Please note: This is a data-focused analytical role, not a wet-lab position.

- Phase 1 (Months 1–6): An intensive internship (stipend of ₹12,000/month) focused on training in scientific data handling, literature review tooling, and clinical data extraction workflows.
- Phase 2 (Month 7+): Upon successful performance review, you will officially transition to a Full-Time Analyst role (₹18,000 – ₹25,000/month).

What You Will Do

- Systematic Literature Review: Read and analyze dense scientific papers,



extracting complex biological data from established databases (e.g., PubMed, ClinicalTrials.gov) to support evidence-based research.
- Biological Data Extraction: Identify and map relevant biological entities, physiological pathways, and disease phenotypes from text to create structured scientific data sets.
- Scientific Quality Assurance: Review the outputs generated by our AI systems to verify their biological and scientific accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Translation: Act as the domain expert. You will explain biological concepts, disease mechanisms, and drug pathways in simple terms to help software developers build accurate tech tools.

Core Requirements

- Education: M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or any related Life Sciences field.
- Domain Knowledge: A strong foundational understanding of human biology, physiological pathways, and disease mechanisms.
- Research Skills: Exceptional ability to read, understand, and summarize complex scientific research papers accurately.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic comfort with using computers for daily research, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and web-based scientific databases. No coding experience is required.
