Key Responsibilities

- Provide strategic leadership and oversee the school's academic and administrative operations.
- Develop and implement academic policies aligned with CBSE and Cambridge International Education standards.
- Promote cutting-edge teaching methodologies and continuous improvement in learning outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate teachers and administrative staff.
- Establish a positive, inclusive, and values-driven school culture.
- Monitor academic performance and implement strategies to enhance student achievement.
- Build strong relationships with parents, teachers,



students, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable educational policies and school regulations.
- Drive the school's vision, growth, and long-term academic development.

Qualifications and Experience

- Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline is required.
- B.Ed. is required; M.Ed. is preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in the education sector.
- Previous experience as a Principal or Vice Principal of a CBSE school is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Cambridge International Education will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, team management, and decision-making skills.
