Required Skills

- 6-10+ years of SAP HCM experience

, with significant hands-on expertise in SAP Time Management.

- Strong configuration experience in

SAP HCM Personnel Time Management (PT)

.

- In-depth knowledge of

Positive and Negative Time Management

.

- Solid hands-on experience with

Time Evaluation, schemas and PCRs

.

- Strong understanding of

TM00/TM04

and Time Evaluation processing.

- Experience configuring

Work Schedules, Absences, Attendances, Quotas, Overtime and Time Wage Types

.

- Strong understanding of

Time Management integration with SAP Payroll

.

- Experience analyzing complex Time Evaluation and Payroll logs.

- Knowledge of SAP HCM master data and Personnel Administration processes.

- Experience working in implementation, rollout, upgrade and AMS/support engagements.





- Ability to translate complex business policies into scalable SAP configuration.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and documentation skills.

- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with

SAP S/4HANA HCM / H4S4

environments.

- Experience in global or multi-country SAP HCM implementations.

- Knowledge of

SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off and Time Tracking would be an advantage.

- Understanding of EC-to-SAP HCM/ECP employee and time-data replication.

- Experience with

SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP)

is desirable.

- Knowledge of interfaces involving external time-recording or workforce-management systems.

- Experience working in large-scale global AMS or transformation programs.
