Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 1 to 4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Indian Payroll, and Time Management. The candidate will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business and HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including employee data, organizational structures, and HR workflows.

- Work on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with Indian Payroll, based on project requirements.

- Handle Indian Payroll processes, including payroll configuration, statutory requirements, and payroll processing support.

- Configure and support Time Management functionalities, including attendance, work schedules, time accounts, and leave management.

- Gather business requirements and coordinate with HR and technical teams to implement suitable solutions.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide functional support to end users.

- Assist in testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).





- Prepare functional documentation and support data migration and system enhancements.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian payroll statutory requirements and HR policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 1-4 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.

- Robust knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

- Working knowledge of Indian Payroll and payroll-related statutory requirements.

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

- Understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll operations.

- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

- Experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with practical configuration and troubleshooting experience in Employee Central, Indian Payroll, and Time Management.

- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

- Willingness to work collaboratively with HR, business, and technical teams.
