Role & responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into SAP Sales Cloud V2 solutions.

- Configure and support CRM processes, including Lead and Opportunity Management.

- Participate in end-to-end implementation, testing, rollout, and go-live activities.

- Coordinate with business and technical teams to deliver project requirements.

- Support UAT, user training, hypercare, and post-go-live activities.

- Work on integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other systems using SAP CPI or relevant integration tools.

Preferred candidate profile

- Relevant SAP CRM / SAP Sales Cloud experience.

- Hands-on experience with SAP Sales Cloud V2 implementation.

- Valuable understanding of Lead and Opportunity Management.

- Experience in configuration, testing, rollout, and go-live.

- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration and SAP CPI is preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
