Role & responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD/R2S solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD modules, including:
- Customer Master Data
- Material Master Data
- Sales Order Processing
- Delivery Processing
- Shipping & Transportation
- Billing & Invoicing
- Returns Management
- Credit Management
- Drive end-to-end R2S process implementation from sales order creation through delivery and billing.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend process improvements.
- Integrate SAP SD with:
- MM (Materials Management)
- WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)
- TM (Transportation Management)
- FI/CO (Finance & Controlling)
- GTS (Global Trade Services), where applicable
- Conduct system configuration, testing, defect resolution, and user acceptance testing (UAT).




- Prepare functional specifications for custom developments, enhancements, reports, interfaces, and forms.
- Support data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities.
