Role Description The SAP Manager at PInterview is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing SAP-related initiatives that support internal operations and service delivery. This role involves managing SAP FICO and other SAP products, aligning system configurations with business processes, and ensuring continuous improvement of workflows. The SAP Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and coordinate implementation and testing.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, resolving issues, guiding process optimization,



and providing consulting support and documentation for SAP projects. The role also includes mentoring team members, maintaining compliance with best practices, and contributing to strategic planning for technology and process enhancements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement, requirements analysis, and solution design.
- Candidates should possess hands-on expertise in SAP FICO and exposure to other SAP products relevant to finance and operations.
- Candidates should possess deep understanding of business processes and experience in business process improvement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess the ability to integrate SAP products with organizational workflows and optimize system usage.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related field; SAP certifications are highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional setting.
- Experience leading SAP implementation or upgrade projects, including documentation, testing, and user training, is preferred.
