We are looking for an experienced SAP Leader to drive SAP application governance, digital transformation, implementation, integration, and support across our manufacturing operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead SAP application support and governance across multiple SAP modules.
- Drive SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, enhancements, and stabilization.
- Manage SAP AMS partners, consultants, and implementation vendors.
- Oversee SAP integration with MES, WMS, procurement, manufacturing, and other enterprise systems.
- Support Greenfield and Brownfield projects, mergers, and business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance, audit readiness, access governance, and change management.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Drive process automation, operational excellence,



and business value realization.
- Mentor SAP functional and technical teams and manage key stakeholder relationships.

? Candidate Profile

- 20+ years of IT and SAP leadership experience.
- Robust expertise in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven experience in SAP implementation, transformation, integration, delivery, and support management.
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Oil & Gas, or Process Industries is preferred.
