We are hiring an experienced SAP IS-U CRM Technical Consultant (6 to 8 years) for an immediate contract position across Pan-India Metro Cities.

What you will be working on:
- Designing, developing, and customizing technical solutions for SAP IS-Utilities (IS-U) integrated with SAP CRM.
- Enhancing and customizing SAP CRM Web Client UI (Web UI), Component Workbench, BOL/GENIL layers, and business roles for utilities processes.
- Developing and extending ABAP/OO-ABAP programs, BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Points, and BAPIs within IS-U and CRM systems.
- Managing and troubleshooting CRM Middleware replication, BDocs, queues (SMQ1/SMQ2), and master data synchronization between SAP IS-U (ECC/S4) and CRM.
- Working on technical objects across the Meter-to-Cash (M2C) lifecycle, including Device Management, Billing & Invoicing, and Move-In/Move-Out processes.
- Designing and integrating REST/SOAP web services, OData APIs,



and IDocs for third-party and portal integrations.
- Conducting performance tuning, code optimization, SQL trace (ST05), and debugging complex runtime issues.
- Collaborating with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders during testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.

What we are looking for

- 6 to 8 years of solid technical development experience in SAP IS-U CRM.
- Solid hands-on expertise in SAP CRM Web UI architecture (Component Workbench, BOL, GENIL, Context Nodes).
- Deep understanding of CRM Middleware configuration, replication monitoring, and BDoc error resolution with backend IS-U.
- Strong proficiency in Core ABAP, OO-ABAP, Enhancement Framework, and RFC/BAPI interfaces.
- Solid technical grasp of utilities domain flows (Customer Service, Move-In/Move-Out, Contract Accounts, Meter-to-Cash).
- Experience developing and consuming OData services, CDS views, or RESTful APIs is an added advantage.
