SAP CRM Lead / Manager

Shift timing - 5.30 pm to 2.30 am

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM Consultant with robust expertise in SAP CRM Sales & Service and SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) processes. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in end-to-end SAP implementations, client-facing consulting engagements, and integrating SAP CRM with ECC systems. Industry experience in Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental sectors will be highly preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead and support SAP CRM Sales & Service implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP CRM solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP CRM modules, including integration with SAP ECC and SAP SD Order-to-Cash processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and senior leadership to deliver business-aligned solutions.
- Drive end-to-end implementation activities, including requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.




- Configure and manage CRM functionalities including:
- One Order Framework
- Installed Base (IBase)
- CRM Web UI
- Business Roles
- Service Orders
- Service Contracts
- Complaint Management
- Resource Planning
- Collaborate with technical teams for developments, integrations, and enhancements.
- Provide functional specifications for custom developments and review technical objects.
- Conduct workshops, user training sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Preferred candidate profile

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM Sales & Service along with SAP SD.
- Experience working in industries such as Apparel, Retail, Trading, Automobile, or Rental.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP CRM implementation projects completed successfully.
- Strong expertise in SAP CRM configuration and ECC integration.
- Sound understanding of SD Order-to-Cash business processes.
- Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
