Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement,



and support SAP Case Management solutions.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and provide functional recommendations.
- Configure, test, deploy, and support end-to-end SAP Case Management processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional documentation, training materials, and user guides.
- Support go-live, hypercare, and ongoing optimization activities.
- Lead project delivery and mentor team members for Lead-level positions.

Essential Skills

- Strong experience in SAP Case Management implementation and support.
- Expertise in business process analysis, solution design, and configuration.
- Experience with SAP Public Sector processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of SAP integration, testing, and deployment methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in complex, enterprise-scale SAP environments.

Optional Skills

- UAE Government or Public Sector project experience.
- SAP S/4HANA exposure.
- SAP Fiori and SAP Business Workflow knowledge.
- SAP certification.
- Experience in digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
