- 10+ years of Salesforce development and implementation experience, with strong expertise in Health Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.
- Robust knowledge of patient/member management, care coordination, care plans, and healthcare data models.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with EHR/EMR and third-party healthcare systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft.
- Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
- Expertise in solution design, security, performance optimization, deployment, and production support.
