Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Salesforce Associate Architect to drive solution architecture, technical design, and implementation across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

The ideal candidate will combine strong Salesforce platform expertise with architectural thinking, team leadership, integration design, and client-facing communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Salesforce solution architecture, technical design, implementation, and delivery across multiple Salesforce clouds.
- Design and implement Sales Cloud solutions covering lead management, opportunity lifecycle, forecasting, product catalogues, price books, and approval processes.
- Architect Service Cloud solutions, including case management, Omni-Channel routing, entitlements, SLAs, escalation rules, Knowledge, and Experience Cloud.
- Design Salesforce Data Cloud ingestion pipelines, Data Model Objects (DMOs), field mappings, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation.




- Implement Customer 360 solutions to create unified customer profiles and enable data-driven sales and service experiences.
- Configure and integrate Agentforce using topics, actions, instructions, prompt templates, and Data Cloud-grounded retrieval patterns.
- Design Marketing Cloud integrations with Data Cloud, including contact and subscriber data ingestion, engagement events, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Ensure data quality, consent management, suppression propagation, security, governance, reconciliation, and monitoring.
- Design integrations using APIs, batch ETL, Change Data Capture (CDC), and event streaming.
- Lead, mentor, and review the work of Salesforce developers and technical team members.
- Prepare solution design documents, architecture diagrams, data flows, and integration specifications.
- Work closely with clients, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in Salesforce development, technical leadership, solution design, or architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including Data Streams,



DMOs, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, and Activation.
- Experience or robust working knowledge of Agentforce, Agent Builder, Actions, Prompt Templates, and AI guardrails.
- Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud integration with Data Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Connector, Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations, data modelling, data quality, security, and governance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Good to Have

- Salesforce certifications in Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Data Architect, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Marketing Cloud Consultant or CRM Analytics certifications.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, RAG patterns, ETL, CDC, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations and customer data platforms.
