Job Title: Sales Telecaller Executive – Telugu Language (Tensile Structure Company)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month + incentives (as per company policy)

Company Overview:

We are a tensile structure company providing high-quality tensile fabric structures, canopies, car parking sheds, gazebo structures, and related solutions for commercial and residential clients. We are looking for a confident Telugu-speaking Sales Telecaller Executive to generate leads and support our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain the company’s tensile structure products and services in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Generate quality leads and share customer details with the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic product information.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and quotations with the concerned sales executive.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details in Excel/CRM.




- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for customer requirements.

Requirements:

- Fluent in Telugu is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- 12th pass / graduate; freshers with good communication skills can apply.
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp Business preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Candidates from Indore or willing to work from the Indore office preferred.
