Company: Ride N Repair Industry: Two-Wheeler Spare Parts & Automotive Aftermarket Department: Sales Job Summary Ride N Repair is looking for a Sales Team Leader to manage and guide a team of sales executives, drive sales of two-wheeler spare parts, and achieve monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities  Lead and manage the spare parts sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.  Monitor sales executives’ performance, calls, follow-ups, and customer conversions.  Generate recent B2B customers, including mechanics, retailers, workshops, and spare parts dealers.  Promote two-wheeler spare parts, including engine oil, brake shoes, filters, cables, and chain kits.  Manage sales leads and ensure timely follow-ups and maximum conversions.  Train, motivate, and support team members to improve sales performance.  Prepare daily sales reports and track team targets.  Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth order fulfilment.  Maintain robust customer relationships and drive repeat business.



 Identify market opportunities and support business expansion.

Required Skills  Experience in sales and team handling, preferably in B2B sales.  Knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts or the automotive aftermarket is preferred.  Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.  Ability to manage sales targets and motivate a team.  Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and sales reporting.

Indicators (KPIs)  Monthly team sales target achievement.  New customer acquisition and lead conversion.  Sales executive productivity.  Repeat orders and customer retention.  Follow-up efficiency and payment collection.
