Job Requirement

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Interim / Distributor Sales Representatives (ISR) to support our FMCG sales operations across Jharkhand.

Required Locations: Ranchi Jamshedpur Dhanbad Giridih Hazaribagh Koderma 2.

Eligibility Criteria Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG sales.

Education: Minimum 12th pass preferred. Two-Wheeler: Must have a personal bike.

Mobile Phone: Must have an Android smartphone.

Communication: Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Market Knowledge: Knowledge of the local market and retail outlets is preferred. 3.

Key Responsibilities Visit assigned retail outlets and markets regularly.



Generate sales orders and achieve assigned sales targets. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and distributors. Ensure product availability and improve market coverage.

Promote company products and communicate schemes and offers to retailers. Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market demand. Submit daily sales reports, outlet visit details, and market feedback.

Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely order processing and product availability. 4.

Required Skills Robust sales and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Target-oriented approach.
