We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in the business debt relief industry. The ideal candidate will communicate with business owners experiencing financial challenges, understand their existing business debt obligations, and explain how our merchant cash advance (MCA) debt settlement and resolution services may help them.

This role requires solid communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and sales skills, with a focus on converting qualified prospects into clients while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients and follow up with leads through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Speak with business owners to understand their financial situation, existing merchant cash advances, and business debt challenges.
- Explain the company's business debt relief and MCA settlement services clearly and professionally.
- Identify qualified prospects based on their business circumstances and potential eligibility for the company's services.
- Build trust with prospects, address questions and concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Collect relevant client information and coordinate the submission of required documents, including business debt agreements and bank statements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead status, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Consistently follow up with prospective clients to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with onboarding, client support, and other internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after enrollment.
- Meet individual and team sales goals while following company policies and applicable regulations.

Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and objection-handling abilities.

- Good listening, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to learn business debt relief, merchant cash advances, and debt settlement processes.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, inside sales, debt relief, financial services, or customer acquisition is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
