Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused Sales Executives to sell Andhra style sweets and snacks directly to customers visiting our restaurant outlets. The role involves interacting with customers, recommending products, generating sales, handling billing and maintaining accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

· Interact with customers visiting the outlets and actively promote sweets and snacks.

· Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products.

· Drive sales through effective product pitching.

· Process customer orders and handle billing accurately.

· Update daily stock and inventory records.





· Coordinate with the team to ensure product availability.

· Achieve assigned sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.

Required Skills

· Positive communication and customer handling skills.

· A friendly, confident and sales-oriented approach.

· Basic billing, inventory management and record keeping skills.

· Ability to convince customers and achieve sales targets.

· Previous experience in retail, FMCG or food sales is an advantage.

Compensation & Incentives

· Fixed +Performance-based incentives linked to sales achievement.

· Opportunity to earn higher incentives by meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

· Incentive structure and targets will be communicated by the company.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
