Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Acquisition Executive to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, client engagement, and building a solid sales pipeline across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate Sales Qualified Leads through impactful campaigns incorporating multiple channels of communication including but not limited to Emails, LinkedIn, Cold calling, and other innovative prospecting tools.

- Continually scout for business opportunities, identify the suspects, connect with the key decision-makers and convert them into prospects and deals.

- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across designated markets. Schedule sales qualified meetings in a targeted manner and support the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

- Continually harness AI tools to improve lead generation and sales outreach for this purpose.





- Coordinate with internal teams continually and maintain accurate CRM records at all times.

Minimum Qualification:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, preferably in IT services or products.

- Exposure to international markets, especially Europe and the UK, is an advantage.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Possess problem solving abilities and adept at quickly identifying the workarounds while adhering to the laid down processes.

- Take complete end to end responsibility and accountability to support revenue generation with a Never Say Die’ attitude.

- Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn, and AI-powered sales tools.

- A target-driven mindset with strong research and follow-up skills.
