Users track 150+ health markers via our flagship Gabit Smart Ring, scale, CGM, and blood work, supported by in-house health coaches and science-backed products.

Role Overview : We are hiring energetic Retail Sales Executives to represent Gabit across General Trade (GT) stores and Up-to-date Trade (MT) chains (e.g., Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales). You will be the face of Gabitengaging customers, delivering interactive demos, and driving Smart Ring sales.

Role & Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers at assigned GT/MT retail outlets and introduce them to the Gabit Smart Ring ecosystem.
- Product Demos: Deliver interactive product demonstrations showcasing features, app experience, and health insights.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer health goals (fitness, sleep, stress) and position the Smart Ring as a personalized health solution.
- Query & Objection Handling:



Confidently answer queries around sizing, comfort, hardware durability, app features, and pricing.
- Sales Conversions: Convert customer interest into completed sales to achieve store-level targets.
- Store Operations & Display: Coordinate with store staff to maintain demo readiness, premium product displays, and stock availability.
- On-Ground Feedback: Share regular updates on store footfall, conversion rates, customer objections, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: 1–4 years in retail sales, promoter roles, or in-store product demonstrations.
- Retail Availability: Willingness to work standard retail hours, weekends, and peak footfall periods.
- App Familiarity: Basic comfort with smartphones to guide customers through the Gabit mobile app.
- Domain Exposure: Prior experience in consumer electronics, smart wearables, GT retail, or MT large-format stores (Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales) is preferred
