- Communicating the technical specs of the order with Sales team and Production team.

- Invoice and logistics arrangement for customer orders through field sales team

- Communicate with sales team and customers on products, order and shipment enquiry.

- Maintain the integrity of sales records in system.

- Prepare regular sales reports.

- Provide admin and clerical support to sales management.

Desired Candidate profile:

- B2B industry experience.

- Customer Service Experience.

- Reporting and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal command of English / Hindi / Gujarati.

- Computer literacy in MS Office.

- Working knowledge of ERP will be an asset.

- A positive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- A strong sense of responsibility & ownership is required.

- Able to work independently to resolve problems.
