Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Officer Trainees for a reputed global brand in water technology and water heating solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with up to one year of experience to build a career in field sales, dealer management, channel sales, and business development.
The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting field sales operations, developing dealer and distributor relationships, expanding market coverage, and driving sales growth within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle field sales activities and business development within the assigned region.
- Drive secondary sales through dealers and distributors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Support dealers and distributors in achieving sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Ensure product visibility, availability, and effective market coverage.
- Identify potential customers and support the expansion of the dealer network.
- Generate new business opportunities and contribute to overall sales growth.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Travel extensively within the assigned region as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate; BBA, B.Com, and BCA candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 70% marks throughout academics.
- No active or historical academic backlogs.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience may apply.
- Must be able to ride a two-wheeler confidently.
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
- Good English communication and proficiency in the relevant regional language.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Salary and Perks
- Monthly CTC: ₹50,000
- Approximate monthly take-home salary: ₹42,000, subject to applicable deductions and the final salary structure.
- Travel allowance: ₹4,000 per month, as specified in the compensation structure.
- PF and ESI: As applicable under company policy and statutory requirements.
- Mobile reimbursement: As per company policy.
- Variable pay: No variable pay.

- Work location will be assigned based on the region of hiring.
- Candidates must be willing to travel extensively throughout their assigned region.
- Two-wheeler riding skills and a valid driving licence are essential for field operations.
