About the Role

KLM Assets Fin is expanding its presence across Ernakulam District and invites applications for the position of Sales Officer - Business at its new Ernakulam Town branch. We are seeking a motivated, target-oriented professional with experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services to drive customer acquisition, business growth, and market development.

Job role

- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, networking, and local market outreach.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chit fund schemes.
- Develop lasting client relationships through regular engagement and effective service.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through structured planning and consistent follow-ups.
- Monitor installment payments and assist with collection activities as required.
- Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure a positive service experience.
- Analyse local market opportunities to expand the branch’s customer base.




- Coordinate with the Branch Manager and team to improve sales performance and branch operations.

Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in NBFC, chit fund, or financial services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and generate business.
- Basic understanding of financial products and customer service practices.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for sales and customer visits.

- Applicants residing in Ernakulam Town, Marine Drive, Kadavanthra, or nearby areas.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
