Role Description The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for driving sales of premium aluminum windows and doors, managing client relationships, and supporting brand growth for Mihigo Solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new leads, conducting product presentations and site visits, preparing quotations, and following up to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with marketing to execute campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, and collecting market feedback to support strategic decisions.

The executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer service, while maintaining accurate sales records and reports. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and business development skills,



including lead generation, client outreach, and negotiation.
- Experience in marketing activities such as campaign execution, social media management, and basic digital marketing.
- Knowledge of or interest in building materials, architecture, interiors, or home improvement products is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical product features in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, manage field visits, and build relationships with homeowners, architects, and contractors.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in documentation, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Comfort using common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM systems) to track leads and sales activities.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred; prior experience in B2C or B2B sales is an advantage.
