BGL is an industrial technology company focused on energy-efficient solutions, emission reduction, and waste management. We’re expanding across various industry verticals and building partnerships with OEMs.

We’re looking for a proactive graduate to join our sales team and work directly with our Technical Director.

? What You’ll Do

- Research potential customers and identify new business opportunities across Delhi NCR.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, online research, email outreach, and other channels.
- Help schedule customer meetings and site visits.
- Participate in customer meetings and understand their requirements.
- Update customer records, sales trackers, and follow-up reports.
- Follow up with prospects and assist in building relationships with customers and OEM partners.

? Who We’re Looking For

- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related discipline. MBA candidates may also apply.




- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, online research, and LinkedIn.
- Organised, proactive, and interested in sales, marketing, and business development.
- Willing to engage with customers and visit industrial and commercial sites.
