Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales and marketing experience.
- Experience in rice, agro-commodities, FMCG, or B2B trading preferred.
- Proven ability to generate business and acquire current customers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, confident and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel for field sales.
- An established network of rice traders, wholesalers and distributors will be an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000.
- Salary will depend on experience and proven sales performance.
- Performance incentives may be offered based on company policy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
