Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell Lithium-Ion UPS systems across residential, commercial, and institutional markets. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, generating leads, building dealer and distributor networks, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Promote and sell Lithium-Ion UPS systems to residential, commercial, institutional, and business customers.
- Identify prospective customers and generate sales leads through field visits, referrals, networking, and other marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with electrical and electronics dealers, distributors, retailers, electricians, and channel partners.
- Visit customers to understand their power backup requirements and recommend suitable Lithium-Ion UPS solutions.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, benefits, and advantages over conventional UPS and battery systems.
- Conduct product demonstrations, prepare sales proposals, and coordinate quotations with the concerned team.
- Develop new sales channels and expand the company's market presence within the assigned territory.
- Negotiate with customers, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives.
- Coordinate with technical, installation, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer preferences, and share market intelligence with management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, sales enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and sales performance.
- Participate in promotional campaigns,



dealer meetings, exhibitions, and other business development activities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any stream or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing of UPS systems, batteries, electrical products, consumer electronics, or consumer electrical appliances.
- Industry Preference: Candidates with prior experience in UPS, inverter and battery sales, electrical/electronics distribution, or consumer durables will be preferred.
- Communication Skills: Valuable communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, develop dealer networks, negotiate with customers, and achieve sales targets.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Languages: Proficiency in the local language; working knowledge of English and/or Hindi is preferred.
- Job Nature: Full-time, field-based sales and marketing role.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.

- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- New customer acquisition and lead conversion.
- Development of dealer and distributor networks.
- Growth in sales revenue and territory coverage.
- Number of customer visits, sales enquiries, and product demonstrations.
- Customer relationship management and repeat business generation.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: As per company norms and the candidate's experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
