Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels.
- Contact potential clients, understand their requirements, and explain company services.
- Promote IT services, including website development, mobile app development, and software solutions.
- Handle client communication through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up on business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Maintain client databases, sales pipelines, and follow-up records.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Ability to identify potential customers and convert leads into clients.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, LinkedIn, and email marketing is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA in Marketing candidates are preferred.
- Candidates interested in IT sales and business development.
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
