- Visit schools and colleges to establish partnerships and schedule career guidance sessions and presentations.

- Promote aviation, hospitality, personality development, and other academy courses.

- Generate student leads through school/college visits, seminars, promotional activities, and field marketing.

- Collect and maintain student inquiry data and coordinate with the counselling team for follow-ups.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with school and college management.

- Achieve monthly marketing and lead-generation targets.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in conducting presentations and interacting with students and institutions.

- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities.

- Freshers with good communication skills and experienced candidates can apply.

- Two-wheeler and driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹10,900.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
