SALES MANAGER

Reporting To: GM - Sales

1. Job Purpose To lead and manage the NEXA showroom sales operations at Tirupati, achieve sales targets, improve market penetration, develop a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in line with NEXA and Maruti Suzuki standards.

2. Qualification & Experience

Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.

- Minimum 58 years of experience in automobile passenger vehicle sales, preferably with a reputed dealership.
- At least 23 years of experience in a Sales Manager or equivalent leadership role is preferred.




- Experience in premium passenger vehicle sales or a NEXA dealership will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM/DMS systems, customer relationship management and market development.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong leadership, team-building and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented approach with robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting and dealership management systems.
- High levels of integrity, accountability and professional conduct.
